Frequently Asked Questions
Is it okay to sell my diabetic supplies?
You can sell your diabetic supplies like test strips, lancets, and CGMs, which you can buy over the counter at pharmacies. However, you can't sell supplies that are stolen or obtained through Medicare or Medicaid. Some CGM products with labels like "DME Beneficiaries" or "Government Payee" might be accepted. Supplies with a red line or other government markings can't be sold. It's okay to sell other sealed and non-expired supplies, like test strips, insulin pumps, and reservoirs.
Why can't you buy boxes that have been opened?
We don’t buy opened boxes because we can’t be sure if the items inside are safe or haven’t been messed with, even if they look okay.
What do Mint, Dinged, Damaged, and Unacceptable Damage mean for test strips?
- Mint – The box looks brand new with no damage.
- Dinged – The box has a small dent or crease.
- Damaged – The box has a tear, is marked, stained, or crushed.
- Unacceptable Damage – The box is opened, has a hole, or the items inside are expired.
What Supplies Do You Buy?
We only buy items listed on our price list. All items must be in perfect condition, unopened, and within the specified expiration dates. Do not send items that are not on our list.
How will I be paid and when?
After we receive and check your diabetic supplies, you will be paid right away. You can choose to get paid in cash or through Cash, Cash App, or Paypal.
